You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Services for any purpose that is:
Illegal or unauthorized. Violates any applicable laws or regulations. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing to others. Promotes or facilitates illegal activities.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you create and upload to the Software. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to indemnify and hold Xtreme Media harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Xtreme Media
disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. Xtreme Media does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the fees for the Services as set forth in your chosen service package. Payment is due in advance on the 25th day of the month prior to service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may change our fees at any time by posting the new fees on our website. Notice of such price adjustments will be communicated to you. We may terminate your access to the Services if your payment is overdue.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. We may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate these Terms by stopping your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
Xtreme Media owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of South Africa and will be resolved by the courts of South Africa.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xtreme Media regarding the use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
